I am a Select Equities’ client and I would like to log in to the website, what do I need to do?

Select Equities has emailed you details of your user account – including your corporate email address, your password (to change your password, please refer to the step below) and your dual factor authentication device (ie your mobile phone).

Press the Login icon in the top right-hand corner of the website, where you shall be asked to enter your corporate email and password in the Login window.

When you authenticate your dual factor authentication device you will be asked to “Enter a Passcode” > “Text me new codes” > “Log In”.

As you setup your new login credentials, for your convenience, please save your password within your browser and click the dual factor authentication checkbox to ‘Remember me for 365 days’. This will ensure a smooth login process the next time you connect.

I would like to change my password, what do I need to do?

Click on the Login icon and then press “Forgot password?” > enter your corporate email address > “Request Password Reset”. This will generate an automatic email that will be sent to your inbox, containing a link for you to enter your new password details.

My iPhone is not remembering my dual factor authentication for 365 days, what do I need to do?

In your iPhone go to Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security, please ensure that “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies” are switched off.

I do not recall seeing the initial email from Select Equities, or my login is still not working, what do I need to do?
